Serviços Partilhados do Ministério da Saúde, E.P.E. (SPMS) is responsible for the provision of shared services in the areas of procurement and logistics, financial services, human resources and information and communication systems and technologies; the operation of the National Health Service Contact Centre (CCSNS) and the National Telehealth Centre (CNTS) and to ensure the activity and management of the SNS Control and Monitoring Centre (CCMSNS), within the scope of shared services for checking invoices for medicines, complementary diagnostic and therapeutic resources and other areas of health services.
