As part of the Strategic Framework for Health Sector Procurement, this phase of the PROCURE project focused on developing actionable strategies to enhance public procurement practices in the healthcare sector.

Drawing on insights from an extensive Observational Study and a Delphi expert consultation conducted across 10 EU Member States, the project translated key findings into concrete action plans.

These strategies target critical focus areas identified through collaborative analysis and expert input, offering practical guidance to support more resilient, efficient, and sustainable procurement systems within European healthcare.
